A 35-year veteran of the construction industry, Glenn has amassed a robust portfolio of new construction and mission critical facilities, as well as renovation and interior buildouts. With each new collaboration, he draws upon this experience to provide solutions to his client’s challenges and support their decision-making processes. A mentor to his project team members, Glenn manages all activities of the building team, from preconstruction to closeout. In addition to his efforts to secure and manage client relationships, Glenn champions Field Operations, Field Training, and Safety.
With a well-rounded portfolio of work across all our core markets—new construction, renovations, interiors, and mission critical—Matt manages all activities of the building team and brings forward lessons learned to add value to each engagement. Matt has served Executive Construction in a number of capacities and has been a principal of the firm since 2014. Beyond his leadership role in cultivating relationships and collaborating on project engagements, Matt shepherds our subcontractor risk management program and recruiting efforts. He also champions our Self Perform (SPE) and Service divisions.
As a Vice President with Executive Construction, Mark not only serves as the client resource on each of his build assignments, he also has a primary role in relationship development. His diverse mix of preconstruction and construction experience informs his keen ability to plan and coordinate fast-track, logistically complex projects. He championed many of our firm’s significant tenant interior buildouts in the past 5 years, including the headquarters relocations of McDonald’s Corporation, Zurich North America, and Gogo. An integral facilitator of our firm’s strategic plan, Mark’s corporate leadership includes mentorship of our firm’s Chicago office.
Chad has been a principal of our firm since 2014, leading and contributing to many of our most notable and challenging building engagements. His career experience in new construction, renovation, and interiors has given him a deep and comprehensive knowledge base from which to draw best practices. Chad manages our Chicago office, and leads resource management and staff development activities including project manager training and office staff allocation. He is also a vital voice in our strategic planning; championing the integration of technology into our clear operational processes.
As CEO of Executive Construction, John’s strategic direction, business planning, and fiscal oversight have resulted in a tenfold increase in earnings and revenues since the firm was acquired in 1994. Well-known as an industry and civic leader, he is credited with establishing new standards for quality and professionalism in new construction, renovation, interiors, and mission critical construction. While spearheading overall business governance, strategic initiatives, and new business development, John continues to provide oversight on targeted client engagements.
Glenn’s responsibilities include oversight for risk management, financial reporting, forecasting, treasury functions, and administration. In addition, he manages the departments of finance, information technology, and human resources. A firm principal since 2014, Glenn maintains our relationships with our business partners, including multiple banks, public auditor, insurance broker, surety broker, tax consultant, and our legal advisors.
Rob’s responsibilities as Vice President and Director of Field Operations are oversight of Executive Construction’s field operations and leadership on safety and field training. Day-to-day he supports field team members’ logistics planning, and schedule and quality controls. In addition to Rob’s role as Director of Field Operations—where he has integrated technology to improve communication, efficiency, and quality—he leads mission critical projects and has helped expand market reach nationally.
As a Vice President, Michael is accountable for the execution and management of Executive Construction’s unique documentation and control systems, designed to minimize risk and maximize successful outcomes. Day-to-day he collaborates with clients, partners, and project teams, maintaining transparent communication and oversight. A contributor to the progression of the firm, Michael has an outstanding reputation of client retention, strength across a diversity of markets, and is an excellent mentor to staff. In turn, he supports the corporate management of staff development, risk management, and leadership of our Service offerings.
A firm principal since 2001, Dave’s fingerprint has been evident on nearly every major initiative at our firm over the last 20 years. With a background in building intricate technology and corporate workplace environments, Dave helped put us on the map with high-end, large-scale tenant interiors (TI) engagements—elevating Executive Construction to be recognized as a top contractor in the Chicago TI market. His contribution to our firm goes well beyond project assignments. Importantly, his leadership in recruiting, and his role as a trusted mentor to team members has supported our ability to hire and retain great talent. As President, Dave is an active leader in the firm’s strategic direction, management, and relationship development with clients and partners.
