Donald Robideau Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Donald Robideau manages all activities of the building team. His diverse mix of preconstruction and construction experience informs his keen ability to plan, schedule and coordinate fast track, logistically complex projects. Excellent communication skills make Donald an important asset on any project team.

Donald has served Executive Construction in a number of capacities and has been a principal of the firm since 2005. In additional to having a hands-on role in major projects, he actively manages PM staff resourcing, subcontractor risk management and Executive Construction’s Mission Critical Group.

Matthew has served Executive Construction in a number of capacities and has been a principal of the firm since 2014. In additional to having a hands-on role in securing and managing major client accounts, he co-manages Executive Construction’s Chicago office, and provides significant oversight for preconstruction services while continuing to manage and mentor both field and office staff.

David has served Executive Construction in a number of capacities and has been a principal of the firm since 2005. In additional to having a hands-on role in major projects, he is an active leader in the firm’s strategic initiatives, training of field and project management staff, business development, and recruiting.

Chad has served Executive Construction in a number of capacities and has been a principal of the firm since 2014. In additional to having a hands-on role in securing and managing major client accounts, he co-manages Executive Construction’s Chicago office, and provides oversight for project management training and staff development while setting the direction for the quality of our preconstruction services.

John F. Blacketor President & CEO

As President and CEO of Executive Construction, John’s strategic direction, business planning and fiscal oversight have resulted in a tenfold increase in earnings and revenues since the firm was acquired in 1994. Well-known as an industry and civic leader, he is credited with establishing new standards for quality and professionalism in new construction, renovation, interiors and mission critical construction.

While spearheading overall business governance and new business development, John continues to serve as Project Executive providing key oversight on targeted client engagements.

Glenn Jendra Chief Financial Officer

Glenn’s responsibilities include oversight for risk management, financial reporting, forecasting, treasury functions and administration. In addition, he manages the departments of finance, office services, and human resources.

Glenn also manages relationships with our business partners, including three separate banks, public auditor, insurance broker, surety broker, tax consultant, and two separate legal advisors. Glenn has been a principal of the firm since 2014.

Daniel Maguire Vice Chairman

Daniel Maguire is well known as a construction industry executive, civic leader and educator in the Chicago area. Dan’s entrepreneurial desires led him to purchase Executive Construction in 1994 after proving himself as a leader in the industry for over 30 years.

He is responsible for assembling and developing the current leadership team while also setting the strategic direction that has resulted in today’s Executive Construction. Although he stepped down from an active day-to-day role in 2008, he is always available to support the firm and add valued insight and business development assistance.
