Phase I: 39,000-sf complete demolition and tenant buildout on the third floor with new opening for steel stairs to the fourth floor; large game room with wood bleachers; and banquette seating at various locations throughout the floor. The space also includes a raw pine slat ceiling in the open office, and large café area with wood community tables.
Phase II: 31,000-sf renovation includes new reception area, guest restroom, wood portals throughout the space, graphic wallcoverings throughout, and an Arktura ceiling in the elevator lobby.
Phase III: 45,000-sf interior buildout includes custom internal stair, full service kitchen, new restrooms, open office with exposed ceilings, and AV / low voltage upgrades.
Phase IV: 15,000-sf phased interior renovation of two existing floors. Also includes new A/V, finishes, and graphics.
This project has achieved LEED Gold certification.
