DATA CENTER
Dallas, Texas

PROJECT

10,000-sf data center pod expansion within an existing flagship data center colocation facility. The project features the construction of two electrical rooms with a stand-alone electrical system to support the new data center; and the installation of a new chiller and pump to tie into, and supplement, the existing mechanical system. The data center features a 3-foot raised access floor and a day-one mechanical / electrical infrastructure that allows for future tenant expansion. The project required extensive coordination with an out-of-town municipality due to zoning changes required for the new equipment yard.
